London's St. James to spread out late September

London's first recently built theater complex in 3 decades, the St. James Theater, would be to open a complete artistic enter in late September.Composed of a 312-chair auditorium, one hundred-chair studio space, brasserie and bar inside a residential development, the St. James is on the website from the former Westminster Theater, which burned lower in 2002. Its location on Structure Street, Victoria places it close to the Victoria Structure Theater, the place to find ''Billy Elliot,'' and also the Apollo Victoria, the place to find ''Wicked,'' and tourist magnet Buckingham Structure.A.d. David Gilmore and assistant a.d. James Albrecht promise a varied program, including tuners, comedies and classic revivals, and also gives a London space for touring and regional productions. The development model is perfect for 6 to 8 week London tryouts, in addition to a home-grown production house with mix-subsidy supplied by the restaurant. The studio space will focus on one-evening stands and short-run comedy, and live music. The theater, created by designers Promote Williams, houses multi-media broadcast facilities you can use to broadcast performances around the venue's own BSkyB satellite television funnel.
