Ole Apparent buys MusicBox
Ole Apparent, the expansion music branch of Canadian music author Ole, has acquired L.A.-based production music company MusicBox. Creating and controlling 17 production music libraries made up of greater than 24,000 tracks, MusicBox was started in 2002 by composers Joel Goodman and Daniel Stein, with composer and former Universal Music Production Library creative director Jonathan Firstenberg coming onboard as senior V . p . this season. MusicBox's staff will remain and advise Ole on matters connected using its libraries. Ole Boss Robert Ott mentioned in the statement: "Joel and Serta have created a great company at MusicBox. We take seriously our responsibility to continue the legacy of great customer care and artistic at MusicBox and may make an effort to create clients and sub-launched companies an unrivaled experience."
